Frequently Asked Questions

  • How much will it cost for me to hire your Property Management Team?

Our 12-month Property Management Agreements can be tailored to fit your needs, where monthly fees are from 8-10% of each monthly rental income. The more properties we manage for you, the lower the fee is- please contact us to discuss rates for your property!

  • How will you find tenants for my property?

We will handle it all! From taking photos of your property, to marketing it on social media and on our business website. We process background checks to be sure that we find the best tenant for your investment. With our licensed real estate network, we are confident to find qualified tenants quickly, and efficiently.

  • Will I still need to pay your Property Management Team when there is a vacancy?

No! It's our job to find tenants and to keep the tenancy-cycle going. We do NOT charge "Vacancy Fees." Everything is pro-rated, so you are only paying for what happens in 'real' time!

  • Do you charge "Startup" fees?

We do have a 1x $250.00 "Startup" fee for all property owners. This allows us to get your company setup in our software system. Once your company is set up, you may have as many properties as you would like, at no additional charge.

  • I just bought a property. What if it needs remodeling before it can be rented?

Our team is experienced in all aspects of exterior and interior remodeling and repairs, such as: Roofing, siding, windows, gutters, decks, drywall, doors, painting, installing cabinetry, laying carpet/flooring, deep cleanings, and so much more. Our contractor network is large- so, if we can't do it ourselves- we have confidence to find someone who can!

  • How much will my property rent for?

This is all determined by the market at the current time of inquiry. Please contact us for a more detailed quote, and for how we can increase the value of your home!

  • Who handles the maintenance calls?

We do! We are on-call 24 hours a day, so your tenants will never have to wait.
